Due to the special circumstances of the Covid-19 Pandemic, we decided to offer Free International Shipping. We wish you health and safety. 

Are there any countries you don't ship to because of Covid-19?

We don't ship to the following countries: Benin, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burundi, Cook Islands, Costa Rica, Cuba, Curacao, Gambia, Guinea - Bissau, Guyana, Kiribati, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Lebanon, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Moldova, Mozambique, Papua New Guinea, Paraguay, Senegal, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Tonga, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela, American Samoa, Bolivia, Botswana, Cayman islands, Chad, Cyprus, Djibouti, Ecuador, Fiji, French Polynesia, Honduras, India, Kuwait, Libya, Madagascar, Maldives, Mongolia, Montenegro, Myanmar, Nepal, New Caledonia, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Suriname, Tunisia, Zambia, Zimbabwe.We also disabled shipping to China as our carriers have stopped service there. Colombia is accepting mail again, so service has resumed.

Our carriers will let us know when service will resume, or whether there are more disruptions. 

 

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
