I can relax and enjoy it while I am working! The family members also like it. Do not forget to moisten your neck before using. We did not notice this for the first time but then we looked into the manual to find out the correct way to make it work. BTW, the remote control is the only way to control the device. So plz keep it with the device itself otherwise you lose control, LOL. The use of the device and remote control is simple, just follow the manual. Overall, I like the product.””
